Orchard Hill

In 2004 the Orchard Hill Neighborhood
Association broke ground on several new housing units.
The new units are being developed in collaboration with
Augustana Cornerstone Foundation, Holy Name Housing
Corporation, and the City of Omaha. This effort to
revitalize the near-downtown neighborhood is the outgrowth of a
recently developed redevelopment plan for the neighborhood.
